Come to a recreational practice at Cass Park, Ithaca on Wednesday from 6 to 7:30pm or Saturday from 11am to 12:30pm, see schedule and events
Trial membership includes 3 free practices, after that full membership is required.
A paddle and life jacket will be provided.
Come dressed to get wet, bring water, sunscreen and a change of clothes if you like to be dry when you're done.
